I would recommend this book to anyone who is looking to achieve a life that is aligned with their true self.
I have read many books on personal development especially around limiting beliefs and how we create our reality through our thoughts, however this book really gets to the point perfectly without having to read lots of different lengthy books to get the same information.
I will most certainly be putting Sunniva’s suggestions into practice to create the life I want! 🙂

You know I’ve always found it difficult to find people with heart I can follow and trust. Sunniv’as one of these people. She walks the walk, really cares and this book provides straight forward advice to get you from where you are to where you want to be. Recommended.

While there were a few typos throughout the book, it didn’t distract from the message. The reader is in control of their destiny and fully capable of achieving their deepest desires. With this actionable plan in hand, I now have the confidence to manifest my best future; I am so grateful to Sunniva for writing this book!

This book is outstanding. Easily the most life-affirming, action-oriented book I have read in a LONG time. If you’re genuine in wanting to improve your life, this is the book that will take you there!!!! Sunniva has shared all the invaluable information she has downloaded from the many conferences and seminars all over the world she has attended (in particular, Tony Robbins) and disseminated it into a quick, concise, easy read life manual.

I bought this book after following her for a while on Instagram. The book is short, to the point and powerful. Usually I don’t believe much in self help books because they often feel like, yeah they’re right but they’re refering to someone else not me. But this book is different, I felt like Sunniva was describing me in her book and speaking to me directly. I have read this book in one go, I will now re-read it slowly and follow the advise.
